Due to high workload we need another Domestic Central Heating Installer:
We are looking for an experienced domestic gas central heating installer to join our busy team.
Working within a 30 mile radius of our Caterham HQ, from the South London congestion zone down to Crawley typically. Installation quality and personal integrity are our key requirements.
We offer manufacturer training where appropriate, you will be using the best quality boilers and working for mostly private customers in their own homes. Our work varies from simple combination boiler swaps to large mansions with commercial boiler plant.
We expect you to have a good knowledge of the internal working of boilers and also have good plumbing skills.
Benefits include non contributionary pension scheme, bonuses for installations completed on time to standard, BUPA healthcare, mobile phone and company vehicle - typically a new Renault Trafic with aircon.
Salary is based upon experience and capabilities, up to £32K basic plus bonus. Bonus is paid on quality and time and is achievable rather than being onerous; each of our installers typically earn around £250 extra per month in bonuses.
Apprentices and trainee gas fitters:
We currently have no apprentice vacancies. We train our apprentices as gas installers after they have been through the NVQ2/3 process. We do not take on staff from fast track plumbing/heating training courses.
