Our customer lives in a remote rural location near Warlingham, in Surrey, UK. They asked us to provide a proposal to update their old Grant boiler. For this case study, we find ourselves in Oxted, Surrey. We like Oxted, because it is a lovely, virtually unspoilt town (if you exclude Morrisons) full of coffee shops and yummy mummies. This is a house in a fashionable area of SE London. Like may Victorian houses, it’s a lot bigger on the inside than first appears from the outside. A big driveway in London is always a bonus. Complex house heating system of the future (in 1998) gets updated
