Our customer, near Ashford, Kent UK, had already engaged us to fit a warm air unit in an outside cupboard in 2013, using a high efficiency Lennox G61MPVT condensing unit. Warm air transformed and a new hot water system
Our customer has recently bought a property in the Esher area. Built around 25 years ago, it was heated by two separate Johnson & Starley warm air heaters, one per floor. For hot water, a 295 litre direct gas fired AO Smith cylinder was installed upstairs. There was also a large gas hob and a gas fire.
